SHIPPING COST & TIMING

Shipping is calculated on a per-order basis, and is offered free when your cart reaches a certain threshold. This threshold for free shipping can change at the discretion of the store. All orders are shipped out same day or next day, with the exception of weekends. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Store shipping is limited to the United States of America, its territories, and APO destinations. All shipping is offered via USPS First Class. International shipping is not offered. 

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you have Navidium shipping protection and your order is lost or stolen your full order is eligible for replacement. partial replacement is possible if you chose a protection amount less than the amount required for full coverage at checkout. If you did not include shipping insurance on your order, lost or stolen shipments should be reported to the local US Postal Office or via the Missing Mail online form at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser are not the responsibility of the store.
