AllMatters Cup Wash (formerly known as Organiwash) is a mild 2-in-1 cleanser for menstrual cup users. You can use it to cleanse your cup before insertion and after removal. You can also use AllMatters Cup Wash as a pH-balanced intimate wash, thanks to ingredients like lactic acid.

For menstrual cup use: Wash your hands and cup using a small drop of AllMatters Cup Wash and water before insertion and after removal. For body use Pour a small amount of AllMatters Cup Wash onto your hand, apply to the external parts of your vagina (vulva) and rinse. Can also be used as a facial and overall body cleanser.

Our team ships orders fast. Expect your order to ship within 24-48 hours when placed Tuesday-Saturday morning. Orders placed after 11 am Satursday-Monday will ship on the following Tuesday. Visit our full Shipping FAQ for more information.
All products ship from our warehouse in Asheville, NC with the exception of Saalt Wear; these products are shipped by Saalt seperately direct to our customers. Shipping times for Saalt Wear will vary slightly.
Order tracking
Stay informed of your order status As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. We primarily ship via USPS.
The tracking you recieve is the same tracking we have access to. We encourage customers to add Navidium shipping protection for faster replacement of lost or misdelivered orders.
Return Policy

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged at arrival. We can replace items if you were sent the wrong product, wrong product size, or wrong product color than the product you ordered.
