Our quiz has 25 different outcomes that are built to match a wide range of anatomy and needs. It uses branching logic and weighted answers, which means your path through the quiz is completely personalized. There are almost endless ways to reach your result. The more you know about your body, the more accurate your match tends to be. There is even a special path for people who have used cups before, which makes the quiz even more helpful and detailed.

Not totally. I wish we could guarantee a perfect match every time, but the quiz can only work with the answers you give it. The more you know about your body, the more accurate your results usually are. People with more unique anatomy can be a little harder to match, while those in the average range tend to see very strong accuracy. That said, our quiz takers are usually very happy with their results and report a high rate of accuracy in our surveys. Think of the quiz as a really helpful starting point rather than a sure thing.

A few products appear as recommendations more often because they genuinely work well for the largest number of people. Even if you adjust one or two answers, you may still land on the same result because some products are simply reliable across many different body types and needs. We only recommend products we trust based on performance, comfort, and real user outcomes.

For example, the Hello Disc is our most common quiz result because it was created to fit a wide variety of users. Out of the 25 possible outcomes in our quiz, only three account for about half of all quiz results. The remaining half is spread across more specialized matches that address specific anatomy factors, such as a low cervix, a high cervix, or combinations of unique needs that lead to very precise recommendations.

Bummer! It might still be possible to make the product work with a little troubleshooting, because based on your answers it should be a good match on paper. Or the quiz may have missed the mark. The quiz has been refined over several years and the logic behind it is now very accurate. Whenever a product is discontinued or a new product becomes available that we believe is a strong fit for quiz results, we review and update the quiz. For example, two of our recommended products were recently discontinued, so we reassigned those outcomes to the next best matches.

Our quiz was created by Kim Rosas, a globally recognized expert in reusable menstrual cups and discs with more than a decade of experience. She has personally tested over 80 models and has worked with thousands of people to understand how body anatomy, product design, and fit all connect. Internal period products depend on several factors working together, and it takes studious pattern recognition and hands-on knowledge to match someone accurately.

Unlike quizzes built to sell whatever a brand already stocks, our process works in reverse. Kim created the results and logic first based on what actually works for users. The store then chose to carry the products that earned those results, not the other way around.

Our quiz is one of the most advanced and accurate out there. And because we sell every product that shows up in your results, we are not trying to push you toward any specific one. It makes no difference to us if you pick the Merula, the Hello Disc, or the Flex Disc. What matters is that you get a product that actually works for your body and leaves you feeling good about your choice. There are no paid placements or incentives behind the results.
