Hello Disc is designed with an easy removal tab that helps reduce or eliminate mess enturely - unlike other simple round discs. We always suggest removing your disc in the shower for your first time. You can find other removal tips here.

Menstrual discs are generally considered compatible with IUDs since they don't create suction. We recommend consulting your provider if you have concerns.

Your Hello Disc can last 5+ years with proper care. Remember to store in a breathable pouch (not included) or non-air tight container of your choice between your cycles. If frequently using hydrogen peroxide to remove stains, this may reduce the lifespan of your disc.

Remove and wash your Hello Disc every 12 hours or more often if needed. Wash with a gentle hand soap or a specific menstrual cup wash. Boil your disc monthly to kill any bacteria or use a specialty menstrual cup steamer as a hassle-free alternative to boiling. Hello Disc will fit in Hello Disc Steamy or Saalt Steamer.
