The Hello Disc™ has been expertly designed by period products expert Kim Rosas and a Mary Bond, Registered Nurse to work for most body types, abilities, and cervix heights. The double-loop tab can be worn in different positions based on your cervix height and comfort. Most users will find the "Flipped" position the optimum wear style and the easiest to remove. If you have a high cervix, wear your Hello Disc™ with the tab "dropped" for each reaching. If your cervix is low or if you plan to have period sex/play wear your Hello Disc™ in the "tucked" position.
