Palm kernel oil, organic coconut oil, organic beeswax, organic tapioca starch, organic potato starch, organic olive leaf extract, organic sage extract, organic tea tree oil, organic neem oil organic myrtle essential oil, organic plantain leaf extract, organic chamomile extract, organic silver birch extract, organic calendula oil, vitamin E (tocopherol, sunflower-derived).
Remove the suppository from the packaging. Use an applicator, if necessary. Lie on your back, raise your knees, and gently insert one suppository with a finger or applicator. Push it into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Relax, read a book, or stare at the ceiling in this same position for 15 minutes, or until the suppository melts. This will help absorption into the vaginal walls.
