Our ingredients are 100% natural: palm kernel oil, organic coconut oil, organic beeswax, organic tapioca starch, organic potato starch, organic evening primrose oil, organic sea buckthorn fruit oil, organic calendula oil, organic yogurt powder, corn silk extract, broccoli extract, stinging nettle extract, plantain leaf extract, chamomile extract, silver birch extract, marshmallow root extract, organic tea tree oil, vitamin E (tocopherol, sunflower-derived), organic myrtle essential oil, organic rose essential oil, organic orange essential oil
Remove the suppository from the packaging. Use an applicator, if necessary. Lie on your back, raise your knees, and gently insert one suppository with a finger or applicator. Push it into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. Relax, read a book, or stare at the ceiling in this same position for 15 minutes, or until the suppository melts. This will help absorption into the vaginal walls.
