Fast shipping
Our team ships orders fast. Expect your order to ship within 24-48 hours when placed Tuesday-Saturday morning. Orders placed after 11 am Satursday-Monday will ship on the following Tuesday. Visit our full Shipping FAQ for more information.
All products ship from our warehouse in Asheville, NC with the exception of Saalt Wear; these products are shipped by Saalt separately direct to our customers. Shipping times for Saalt Wear will vary slightly.
Order tracking
Stay informed of your order status As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. We primarily ship via USPS.
The tracking you recieve is the same tracking we have access to. We encourage customers to add Navidium shipping protection for faster replacement of lost or misdelivered orders.
Return Policy

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged at arrival. We can replace items if you were sent the wrong product, wrong product size, or wrong product color than the product you ordered.
