Having this steamer is great and so convenient! It uses significantly less water than boiling which I love and a lot less time. It’s also adorable and doesn’t take up much space at all. Small enough to set on a coaster.

How to Use
Add water to the reservoir up to the fill line. Sit one cup or disc, open side down, over the reservoir. Close lid tightly. Hit "on" button. The cycle takes 5 minutes or less to complete. Hello Steamy will automatically shut off. See Full guide

The Hello Steamy is easy to use: Plug it in, fill water to the designated line, add your cup or disk, put the lid on, and push the on button. It turns itself off after 4 minutes and you're ready to use your product. Way easier than boiling!!
This feels so boujee but SO needed! It takes no time to steam things. I don't worry about accidentally burning my disc/cup and can just set it and forget it! Im a baby with all of this stuff and just found a sense of ease getting this because it sanitize without worry. Please get it! It is worth it, even in the beginning!!
This is just small enough, easy to set up and easy to fill. It works simply and quickly and is so much easier than boiling. Wish I got sooner!
The steamy is easy to use and much more convenient than using a pot and boiling water to sterilize. I’ve used it multiple times with no issues.
I’ve been a cup user for a few years and always boiled my cup in a pot to sterilize, but the Hello Steamy is so easy and quick I don’t regret getting it. Sometimes I would get lazy about sterilizing my cup and it would sit out on my counter for weeks, but since this sterilizer is so quick I haven’t had that issue.

The steamer broke on first use. I followed the instructions, turned it on, went and ate breakfast, and came back to the center disc having broken and fallen down, all the water burned off, and the cup inside burnt. Waste of 35 and destroyed my saalt cup as it smells like horrible burnt chemicals now. Just keep boiling your cup.
I like this lil steamer! It just fits my Zomi disc (seems about the limit of the width of the steamer- you might get another 1-2 mm) I really appreciate that I can steam my disc daily during my period. And it takes only 4 minutes, so it’s great when I wake up to a guest I forgot was coming. I can pop the disc into the steamer and it’s done by the time I’ve finished brushing my teeth.
When I got my shipment, I noticed the box for my Steamy was damaged, and it turned out that I couldn’t get the lid to fit snugly on the base. After a call to Period Nirvana (where they offered lots of help), it was determined my first Steamy was defective and they shipped me another with zero issues. It was great customer service. The replacement Steamy is FABULOUS. So easy to use, maintain and clean. It makes taking care of my discs so much easier!
My package was damaged up one delivery & period shop was quick to get a resolution! I love being able to support a small business!
Admittedly, you don't *need* this for cup/disc use but if you can swing it, it's worth it! I've been a cup user for a long time and recently started using a disc for some of my cycle and I didn't sanitize as often as recommended because a) according to many sources, it's not necessary and b) share living spaces were the only option before this and I would always forget to do it when I had the house to myself. This makes it SO easy to to just plug in in the bathroom before I get in the shower or while washing my face and presto! It's done. Four stars because it's really expensive for what it is - I understand it's a very specialized item that likely isn't mass produced so I'm sure that's a factor but hopefully it can come down in price in future so it's more accessible. It's weird that it's the same price as a lot of discs & cups, and you can get an electric tea kettle for this price (or less) and it does the same thing. But, other than that, it's great.
I bought the Hello brand steamer for sanitizing. I have 7 children in the house and if I don't want them asking what I am doing, I have to sanitize my Hello disc (which has been AMAZING...no leaks, no issues, ever!!!!!! Can't say the same for the multiple brand cups I have tried) at 6 am. I felt bad using a pot for cooking and a whisk for whisking to sanitize my disc. With the Hello steamer, I can sanitize my disc in my bedroom and kids don't notice or ask! Now I feel better because my disc gets sanitized whenever I need it to be!!
