Hello Steamy is the super fast, convenient, and easy way to sanitize your menstrual cup or disc.  It performs the same function as boiling but in just 5 minutes! Compare that to 15-30 minutes of the boiling ritual depending on the size of the pot you use and your stove.

A portable electric menstrual cup steamer can be a lifesaver for folks who live in shared housing or dorms since it works in any room with an outlet. And it saves time PLUS provides peace of mind. No more burning your menstrual disc to ash - the Hello Steamy has an auto-shut off.

To use:

1. Plug in your Hello Steamy and place on a flat and stable surface

2. Add water to the fill line indicated by a seam in the reservoir

3. Add your cup or disc, open side facing down, over the water reservoir

4. Close lid with steam vent facing the back and press down tight until sealed

5. Hit button and walk away - it will auto shut off in 5 minutes or less

6. Wait for product to cool down then open the lid, remove, and let the Hello Steamy base and lid dry before putting away until next month

The Hello Steamy is compatible with all of the menstrual cup and disc brands sold on Period Nirvana with one exception: Hello Cup High Cervix size Large is too tall for the lid to close.

Period Nirvana sells Hello Steamy with the US plug option. Tap water can be used for your steam cycles however if you have hard water, distilled water is recommeneded to prolong the life of this device.
