Looking to present your child with a special first period kit that is just as unique as they are? Unlike brand kits sold with predetermined products, when you make a custom period kit with Period Nirvana the contents are entirely customized to your child's unique needs.

The perfect first period kit will include at least one of each:

• Educational book on first periods and puberty for your child's age and maturity level
• One or more period products. If going for reusable we have many teen size cups available. For disposable, we suggest a few options since periods will be irregular and inconsistent in heaviness at first.
• Cleaning products for the cup or disc (when going for a reusable product)
• Just for fun items that get your child excited about their period - we offer a selection of giftable items to include like stickers, pimple patches, and other accessories.

To make your order into a kitted Teen Kit you must add the item "Add to Pack Your Items Into a Teen Kit Box" and this will take your regular online order and transform it into a kitted and giftable box. This IS the shipping box and it will have a shipping label on the box. The items will be packed in with a combination of kraft filler paper and printed custom period themed tissue depending on the volume. Due to the size of our kit boxes, designed to be large enough for all of our book titles, a minimum of 4 items be included in your order. The kit box adds an $8 shipping and handling surcharge. 

We encourage people to add additional items to their kit such as favorite gummies or candy, once it arrives. 

Any period underwear purchased online from the Saalt Wear brand will be shipped separately by Saalt and won't be packed into the teen kit box.
